Shipping & Delivery
At Saltwater Soapery, every order is carefully packed and prepared with attention to detail. We want your coastal escape to arrive safely, beautifully, and as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and packed for shipment.
During holidays, seasonal launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take a little longer. If we expect a significant delay, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
Domestic Shipping
Saltwater Soapery currently ships within the United States using USPS or UPS, depending on destination, package size, and available service.
Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $60 or more.
Orders below $60 will be charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow a short period of time for the carrier to update tracking after the label is created.
Shipping Addresses

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is handled by the carrier.
If your tracking shows unusual delays, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
If your order arrives damaged or there appears to be a problem with your shipment, contact Saltwater Soapery and we’ll work with you to determine the appropriate next step.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction matters to us. Because Saltwater Soapery products are personal-care items, we maintain a simple return policy designed to protect product quality and hygiene.
Unopened & Unused Items
We may accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
Unless the return is due to an error by Saltwater Soapery, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used soap or personal-care products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
