At Saltwater Soapery, every bar is handcrafted, hand-cut, and hand-packaged with care. We aim to get your coastal escape shipped out to you as quickly as possible!
Processing Times
Since we operate in small batches, please allow 1–3 business days for us to lovingly pack and prepare your order for shipment. During peak holiday seasons (Q4), processing times may extend slightly, but we will always keep you updated.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. Since all of our products are handmade and natural, slight variations in color, size, and swirl pattern are normal and part of the artisanal charm.
Our Guarantee
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at info@saltwatersoapery.com within 30 days of receiving your package so we can find a solution.
Due to the intimate nature of personal hygiene products, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that are:
- Unopened and unused: The product must be in its original, salable condition.
- Defective or Damaged in transit: See the section below.
We cannot accept returns on opened or used soap bars for hygiene reasons. If you need to return an unopened item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the unused item, we will issue a full refund for the product price.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please follow these steps:
- Do not use the product.
- Email us immediately at info@saltwatersoapery.com with your Order Number and a clear photograph of the damaged item (and the shipping box, if damaged).
We will happily replace the damaged item or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
